Morris Bobrow is the composer/lyricist/writer of numerous musical comedies
and revues.  Among his shows are
Party of One (about being single, which ran for a
record seven years in San Francisco, as well as in New York, Boston, Los Angeles,
Vancouver, and other cities in the U.S. and Canada),
Are We Almost There? (about
travel, which recently completed a  three-year run in San Francisco), and
With Relish
(about food, which had long runs in San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Montreal).  He
also co-wrote the hit revues,
New Wrinkles (about middle age), Quirks (a satirical
revue), and
And, What, Give Up Show Biz? (about entertainment).
"There is no more polished master
of the original musical revue than
Bobrow.   He packs lyrics with
comic ideas."

-San Francisco Chronicle
About the Author
Bobrow also writes special material for corporate and other events for companies
such as Apple Computer, Levi Strauss, Pacific Gas and Electric, IBM, Del Monte
Foods, The San Francisco Convention and Visitors Bureau, First Interstate Bank,
PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Harrah's Tahoe and Reno.
He is the recipient of four San Francisco Bay Area Theater Critics Circle Awards for
outstanding music and lyrics, the Back Stage Bistro Award for outstanding cabaret
revue in New York, and two DramaLogue Critic's Awards.
"Bobrow is one of the wittiest and
cleverest songwriters around.  He has
a marvelous facility for taking almost
any subject and writing sophisticated,
witty and very incisive lyrics plus
equally infectious music."

"Bobrow's funny, incisive lyrics
prick the pompous while exposing
his own plea for a more tolerant,
compassionate society."

-San Francisco Bay Times
"Bobrow has the wonderful ability to
find a commonplace subject,
discover its thoroughly offbeat
humor, and set it all down in snappy
lyrics and sophisticated music."

-Marin Independent Journal
